Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers, for topping optional
Instructions:
